In 2000, the Warner's along with their 4 children retired from the military and now call Morgantown home. Her travels and moves all over the world have given Debbie a keen understanding of the relocation process and the impact it has on a family.

While stationed in Atlanta in the 1990's, Debbie studied home construction at Clayton State College.
